Day 6, Benefits

Standing for a 20 minutes period is not so difficult to do.  But then to persist for 40 days straight takes a little more planning and will power.  I had begun on the day after my birthday and this is the 6th day.  It has been easy during the vacation, but I have to allot time for the work days next week.  

So far I feel my core muscles definitely has gotten more "firm".  Even when I lean forward on my elbow sitting at a table, I feel torso body does not slum.  My buttock, lower back and stomach seems to be held together tighter.  And my balance is better.  I'd like to think my mind is more clear, but I have to see about that.
